In response to the growing demands of modern air travel, Baku Airport envisioned a cutting-edge Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower. AZPM, selected as the lead Project Manager, orchestrated the entire development and construction process, ensuring a seamless integration of functionality and innovation. The result is a state-of-the-art tower that not only meets but exceeds the demands of contemporary aviation.

In a collaboration that epitomises the synergy of design and functionality, the Entranceway Tollgate to Baku International Airport was envisioned by Arup and brought to life in 2010 by Waagner Biro. The seamless integration and successful delivery of this architectural gem were overseen by AZPM, acting on behalf of the client, Silk Way.

Baku International Airport sought to redefine the air travel experience with a dedicated VIP Terminal. AZPM, appointed as the project overseer, took on the challenge to conceptualise and bring to life a terminal that surpasses conventional standards, adding a touch of exclusivity to every journey.

In a defining moment in the evolution of Heydar Aliyev International Airport, AZPM took on the role of Chief Project Manager for the construction of the very first Passenger Terminal, now known as Terminal 1. This historic project not only introduced a gateway to Azerbaijan but also showcased AZPM's unmatched capability in orchestrating large-scale airport infrastructure developments.

Marking a significant milestone in Baku International Airport's growth, AZPM took the lead in constructing the inaugural Cargo Terminal. This visionary project not only laid the foundation for cargo operations but also demonstrated AZPM's prowess in managing the complexities of airport infrastructure development.

AZPM's commitment to operational excellence was evident in every aspect of Cargo Terminal 1. From cargo processing areas to transportation logistics, the terminal was strategically designed to streamline operations and ensure optimal efficiency.

As the aviation landscape evolved, so did the need for advanced cargo facilities. AZPM, with a proven track record in project management, took the lead in the design and development of Cargo Terminal 2 at Baku International Airport.

Cargo Terminal 2 is designed to handle the increasing volume of cargo traffic efficiently. AZPM's expertise ensured that the terminal's layout, equipment, and systems are optimised for maximum capacity and streamlined operations.

Nestled near Baku Airport, the Fly Inn Hotel stands as a testament to precision and excellence in project management. AZPM took the helm as Project Managers, orchestrating a seamless process from concept to completion.

The Lakhta Centre is an 87-story skyscraper built in the north western neighbourhood of Lakhta in Saint Petersburg, Russia. AZPM proudly took the helm as Project Managers for the Lakhta Centre Skyscraper, an iconic structure that graces the St Petersburg skyline. This architectural marvel stands as a testament to our commitment to precision, efficiency, and the realization of bold visions.

In a defining moment in the evolution of Heydar Aliyev International Airport, AZPM assumed the role of Chief Project Manager for the completion of the New Passenger Terminal, now celebrated as Terminal 2. This monumental project, marked by architectural magnificence and operational innovation, stands as a testament to AZPM's unwavering commitment to elevating aviation infrastructure.

As the Chief Project Manager, AZPM's impact on Terminal 2 is embedded in every corner of the structure. The successful delivery of this grand project not only solidifies Heydar Aliyev International Airport's position as a global aviation hub but also establishes AZPM as a beacon of excellence in aviation infrastructure development.

AZPM took on the responsibility of managing the construction of the Presidential Hangar, a prestigious project that goes beyond conventional aviation facilities. This hangar serves as the exclusive home for the President's private collection of aircraft, embodying a unique blend of security, functionality, and aesthetic brilliance.

In response to the evolving needs of aviation maintenance, SilkWay Technics entrusted AZPM with the task of erecting a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Hangar at Baku International Airport. This facility, designed for the meticulous care of Airbus 320 Family, Boeing 757, and Boeing 767 aircraft, represents a ground breaking step in advancing aviation maintenance capabilities.

AZPM's meticulous planning ensured that the facility is equipped with the specialised tools and infrastructure required for the comprehensive care of these aircraft.

In the wake of the new Silk Way Cargo terminal, a need arose for controlled access to safeguard the integrity of cargo operations. AZPM, once again at the forefront of aviation infrastructure, oversaw the completion of the SW Tollgate. This essential project ensured secure entry to Silk Way's dedicated cargo facility.

AZPM, leveraging our expertise in project management, took charge of completing the SW Tollgate. This critical addition was not just a physical barrier; it became the gateway to streamlined and secure entry for Silk Way's dedicated cargo facility.

In pursuit of elevated luxury and privacy, the Presidential Terminal sought an iconic addition. AZPM took the lead in constructing the VIP Canopy, a distinctive structure that not only enhances privacy but also exudes elegance. This architectural gem stands as a testament to our ability to blend functionality with sophistication, creating a space that redefines VIP travel.
